Olympic and defending UCI World Champions will be among the international stars heading to Shanghai’s Chongming Island, China, for the 2026 Tissot UCI Track World Championships, taking place from 14 to 18 October 2026.

The Tissot UCI Track World Championships represent the UCI’s leading annual event for track cycling. In total, 22 titles of UCI World Champion are at stake: 11 for men and 11 for women. These include the six specialities on the programme of the Olympic Games – keirin, Madison, omnium, sprint, team pursuit and team sprint – as well as the elimination, individual pursuit, points race, kilometre time trial and scratch.
